At Loop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance tech, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all hardware and accessories. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included cables and documentation to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Loop account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Hardware
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all components like chargers and manuals are included, and clear any personal data or passwords from the device.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
